The heavy item is lowered gently to the ground where it can be eaily handled.

Commercial deliveries are to commercial places with a loading dock.

YOUR HOME OFFICE IS NOT A COMMERCIAL DELIVERY!

All compact kitchen models are shipped freight (by truck).

You will receive a phone call before delivery is attempted. When the delivery time range is set, please be available for accepting the compact kitchen.

Every attempt will be made to get your compact kitchen to you.

However, if you do not take delivery and a return to the factory warehouse is necessary, YOU will pay freight both ways and will pay a 15% restocking fee!

WHAT YOU WILL SEE ON DELIVERY DAY...

The C-60 comes in several boxes, banded, on pallets and may vary slightly from shown, but will be complete as purchased.

Since a delivery to a business costs less than a delivery to a residential location, it is recommended that the purchaser make arrangements to receive their compact kitchen at a business with a loading dock and have the manpower or equipment to move it quickly from the truck.

The driver will have other places to go on his/her schedule that day.

You MUST report shipping damage within 48 hours. After that time, you will have accepted the item as it has been delivered. Shipping damage is NOT covered by warranty.

Note: If the shipping charges should exceed the amount billed, the customer will be asked to pay the additional balance.
